Bond County Tax Assessment July 2023

Like many I received a tax assessment notice and I am not pleased!; Tue, 25 July 2023 22:02

From the very first when I saw that the county has raised their estimation of the cash value of my land by some 70%, I've been in a bit of a rile.

Now I am certain there's an error, however I am the one that has to correct it, or at least convince the County that its in error, though I am certain that I can do that, I wonder about all of the other thousands of citizens in the county.

I also wonder what effect this class action lawsuit I hear about would have in the long term, I have not finished reviewing the laws and rules and such, but what I am seeing so far doesn't strike me as having much concern for the citizens.

Raising well-informed kids who become wise and resourceful adults

As a teenager, I cared about places I wanted to travel to, the cute boy of the week, shopping and making money...studying U.S. History, causal factors that lead to the rise and fall of civilizations over time, or the significance of State, Federal, or Supreme court decisions could one day impede on my freedom as a U.S. Citizen. I was raised to respect and abide by the law even if I disagreed with it. This was a great foundation for nurturing integrity, honesty, respect, and dignity. But it wasn't until adulthood did I begin appreciating what it really meant to be born on U.S. soil and the significance of preserving our constitutional rights. I've recently finally found my 'inner bad-ass'! YAY!

I sense other people from my generation may relate to my story and really desire our kids to be more mentally and psychologically equipped to pursue their dreams while being aware of the political power shifts and media's influence on group-think so they become well-informed, independent thinkers and leaders that know when their constitutional rights and way of life is being threatened and understand the process to know when to speak up and take appropriate action.

What are important historical data that every U.S. Citizen should be well-informed on? Online resources for children and adults to read together and create discussions about current topics? Ideas to share with kids that pique their interest in government and politics?

We are The product and so much more to them, seek alternative sources of the same services and back up any data you store online. I have faith in the Aussies they are the self reliant sort. For now their prime Minister is calling Facebook out for their actions

Our impeachment farce

Change one to change 1 : The senate voted to hear the impeachment so my days are shot! I had hoped to have this completed by now but life happens and it will have to wait.

having read the charges against Trump, and viewed so much of past history, I have to say I hope they unload every thing and end this political nightmare!

For clarity's sake I believe: that this election was stolen, at the very least there is overwhelming evidence and testimony of massive voter fraud. and I believe it was nation wide!
I believe: that a very large number of well known figures will face some serious judgements soon, how extensive those judgements will be is unknown the facts are so muddled it's impossible to see clearly.
I believe: That I do not want to be censored or manipulated on line and this is my feeble attempt to change the status quo!
